1 - GRANT OF LICENSE:
This contract authorization allows you to use one copy thereof (Midi files or Styles) on a computer, musical keyboard or any type of equipment that you can use these filess.
2 - COPYRIGHT: This license is not a legal transfer of copyright or related rights. All copyrights associated with the material and the documentation, they files with extension .mid being, Styles and files of lyrics (whether in print form or in ASCII format), remain sole property of KARAOKEPT. International law of copyright protects all Midi files Styles and keyboards available on the site. Can and should make a copy of the material only as support or for archival purposes is securitya.

It is also prohibited:

The KARAOKEPT ensures also that the Styles are prepared for the unit that is specified at the end of the order.
If it is detected a download error while downloading an application, the KARAOKEPT will again send the customer a duplicate of it, you will be free of charge. When the shipment is made by mail, and if it is found that the physical product is defective upon receipt, the KARAOKEPT undertakes to ship the order again. This limited warranty is void if the software or hardware failure resulted from an accident, abuse or misuse.
8 - THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the KARAOKEPT disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability for a particular purpose, with respect to software.
The return of any KARAOKEPT product is accepted only if it is defective or deformities that justify it. Returns arising from inexperience or lack of knowledge of the devices for which they are acquired are not accepted.
9 - NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the KARAOKEPT not be liable for any other damages arising from the use or inability to use this product. 10 - RIGHT TO RETURN:
